Parables and hardened hearts (Matthew 13:10-17)

GOD doesn't always give us a straight answer. More often than not HE will give us something we need to go to HIM for for the full understanding. Dreams, signs, visions, HE gives them, HE knows what they truly mean.

When HE speaks to us through parables... well today HE gave us HIS reason for it. So those with understanding who want HIM can learn even more with every turn of the diamond, every reading of the text. Those who want nothing to do with GOD ... [you'll get your wish in the end.]
All the way through GOD shows HIS deep, loyal, unfailing, consistent, Love; if that's not what you are seeing, ask for eyes to see and if that's not what you are hearing ask for ears to hear. Because I have been there, I have had moments when I thought I was God's personal joke, an example or how to screw with the living. Then I grew up and out of myself and realized if the One Who Created me wanted me dead. I would be. As I am still here, perhaps the data needs to be reanalyzed, but -not- through my own understanding; as Love comes from The-One-Who-Loves, who died for us and was raised to life for us, then everything needs to be reexamined though a different lens. A lens of truth not hurt. A lens of faith not fear. A lens of open eyes that let in the Light rather than live in the dark.
I made my choice: to trust. What is yours, friend? ^.^
