Quick Brake Booster Test.

Testing any Brake booster in under 10 seconds flat! Clearly we got a bad new brake booster on this e39 bmw. Nothing makes a technicians job more difficult that working with junk new parts on a huge job, and having to eat the labor because the part failed. Something that the tech has no control over. Getting harder and harder to fix anything when replacement parts quality is in the chithole. Pray for your fellow mechanics, that these parts companies can get thier stuff together. This is a $255 part, and takes about 5 hours to remove replace and fully bleed the brake system. instead of getting a warrantee replacement, my buddy decided to go to BMW to get a new one. I can't fault that line of thinking at all.
