Little abandoned puppy first meet with Bullmastiff

It never ceases to amaze me the empathy and understanding this dog has. This puppy was abandoned on my doorstep yesterday morning. I had her quarenteened yesterday, so my big girl didnt have a chance to meet her. Today she seems healthy enough but very traumatised. I decided to break quarenteen and allow my Bullmastiff in to see if she could be cheered up. my big girl instinctively didnt over power her. Instead she gave her space and played down close enough to give comfort.
