Your results are your responsibility. Your family’s results are also your responsibility.

You may hate the following idea. But, Dad and Mom, you are in sales.

You have competing interests that want to distract your attention from the challenges just like you have competing interests on your job.

Your kids school work has to be negotiated. You need to negotiate your family budget. You need to prioritize when to replace furniture, fix the car, and buy clothes.

All of these require you to become better at communicating and solving problems.

You have to advocate for the things you want with your spouse, or a teacher, or your employer this means you are in the business of finding and presenting solutions.

Your hands on knowledge of how your health also means you must learn to become more involved in the processes surrounding school, physical fitness, and dig in deeper to be more personally effective.

Most school districts send out messages about grades and school assignments. But are you even opening them so your kids know you’re involved? You can’t advocate for what you aren’t aware of.

The wokeism that is going on in the classroom is hurting your families if you aren’t having these conversations with your kids.
