Join me on this landscape estimate and enjoy the sights and sounds! It's April 25th, 2022 and this location is on the South side of the James river, < .25 miles away. I cranked the audio up all the way in editing, and saved the video in "pretty good" 720p quality. Hopefully you can hear all the birds and bugs and other goings-on.
