How to Feel Better so You Can Attract Better Experiences

This is why it's so important to feel as good as you can all the time.
But, what about those days when you're totally consumed by something that's happened to you and your vibration is really, low.
Well, if you can just find a memory or event from your past where you were feeling really blessed and grateful, when things were really going right for you, you can use it to turn your momentum around.
This is one of the best ways to break the downward spiral of despair and depression.
It's all about focus.
It could be argued that life is nothing more than a focusing game.
When you're focusing on what you perceive as positive experiences, you feel good. And, when you're focusing on what you perceive as negative experiences you feel bad.
This is why it's so important to be aware of where your attention is.
As with anything in life, the best defense is always a good offense, so make it a daily practice to spend a few minutes noticing all the blessings and miracles around you.
This simple practice will help to keep your vibration high and insulate you against the occasional event not going your way.
