For the next few minutes, I will guide us through a meditation to help you decrease anxiety, or just when you feel a little wound up and you want to relax.
Calming Your Mind with Guided Mindfulness Meditation for Anxiety Relief has been created for you to aid in bringing awareness to when you feel stressed, and how to manage those feelings outside the meditation.
This guided meditation can also be used for calming hyper-arousal in those with ADHD, bi-polar, or just those times when your stress is over-whelming you.
