Are they Building the NEXT WOODAWRD in the desert?

It certainly looks as though it could be the next best thing to having a backyard that looks like Woodward, known for quality ramp riding, solid smoothly pack trails, and other obstacles and features to come, like air bags, resi, and more.

It is an ongoing project, and could be HUGE for local BMX riders to progress without the high costs of Woodward camp.
