Grounding day 73 - toe separators and stretching
I like to start my grounding out each day with some simple yoga poses to get stretched out a little bit and get the blood moving. I am also excited because i ordered some toe separators and soleless sandals that are supposed to arrive today! I have never used either before so I am curious to see what they are like. I will be sure to do a review of both products at some point.
