Recent News came out from Variety that Matt Shakman, the showrunner behind WandaVision was leaving Star Trek 4 to go direct The MCU's Fantastic Four. This is just yet another director attached to Star Trek 4 that never happened. Which leads me to believe that Star Trek 4 is probably not going to happen
