Can we ever believe our elections are secure?

It has became public that the FBI warned Facebook of "Russian intentions to interfere with elections" prior to the 2020 Presidential election. Apparently, that Russian interference was the discovery of the Hunter Biden laptop. Did that throw the election? Brad Johnson offers his opinion.
