MAGA Judge Allows Trump's Special Master Using Incredibly Flawed Ruling

Judge Aileen Canon, who was appointed by Trump during his lame duck session, appoints a special master to mediate what documents belong to Donald Trump and which must be returned to the federal government. As government documents, are not supposed to leave with the former president, because they belong in the national archives. The Majority Report crew discusses how there seems to be a misunderstanding of executive privilege, as Trump is no longer president, and there is no post-executive privilege. The MR crew also talks about how the ruling might be a stalling tactic via a bureaucratic procedure that could take months.
