Second suspect in Saskatchewan mass stabbing is still at large after his brother was found dead

One of two suspects in stabbing attacks in Canada that killed 10 people has been found dead, police said Monday. NBC News reports.

On Monday morning, Damien Sanderson, 31, was found dead on the James Smith Cree Nation in a "heavily grassed area" near a house, police said. CNN reported.

Hopes of apprehending the remaining suspect in the Canadian stabbing massacre were dashed Tuesday when authorities acknowledged they had not located him. Yahoo News reports.

Despite an intense manhunt, Sanderson remained at large, and a province-wide notification in Saskatchewan continues to urge the public to take “appropriate precautions.” Yahoo News reported.
