Hoisin Steak | Mom's Recipe

I love steak. There, I said it! This one takes me back to my childhood. Every summer we went camping and this was ALWAYS on the menu. Mom would marinate this for days before we left and freeze it, so it stayed cold longer. That didn't help the texture any but who cared! We were camping and this was delicious. Not the hardest thing to make so I hope you will try it at home. Enjoy!
