Presidential Misuse of the Executive Order

In today's episode, Dr. Veltmeyer discusses the widespread abuse of the so-called presidential Executive Order which left-wing Presidents like Obama and Biden use to bypass Congress and enact laws by decree. The Executive Order appears nowhere in the Constitution and was originally designed only as an administrative device for federal departments and agencies to help them implement laws enacted by Congress.
