Greg Schirf: Utah's Craft Beer Pioneer Founder of Wasatch Brewery

Learn how a graduate from Marquette University from Milwaukie, Wisconsin named Greg Schirf hitchhiked to Park City Utah, and started the first brewery in Utah since prohibition, and changed Utah for the better for decades to come.

Greg and Wasatch went on to create some of the greatest hits in the early craft beer scene in Utah including Polygamy Porter, Saint Provo Girl, Chasing Tail and Brigham's brew. Greg's antics are legendary including taking on the IOC when he declared that Wasatch was the "Unofficial beer of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games" We will be sharing more of them with our audience later in the month.
