We need to do a better job talking to our neighbors about how conservative values and policies are the cure for our failing public school system in North Carolina. Ruben Castellon is a veteran, a former member of law enforcement, and a father running for school board in Hoke County who will discuss the best way to share our policies with Hispanic families in our communities.
