INGREDIENTS:

Two Medium sized tomatoes
Red onion- ¼ from one large onion
Beans - ½ cup (beans of your choice)

FOR DRESSING:
Raw cashews - 8 to 10 pieces
Olive oil - 1 large spoon
Salt - ⅔ spoon
Pepper - ⅓ spoon
Fresh basil - a handful
Lemon juice - about 1 spoon
