My second day on my 40 Day Water Fast. On my journey to finally losing this disgusting fat. Last time I only made it seven days without eating. I’m 50 pounds overweight so I should have plenty of fat reserves to make it the whole way. I did some research through a YouTube channel that has gone up to 100 days and I pretty much have an idea what to expect.
