Double Standards abound on the internet and especially TikTok with the content that TikTok likes to approve as friendly for viewer consumption. We have been getting blasted by TikTok's community guidelines with violations even though when taking a look at other pieces of content on the platform, there is plenty of questionable content straddling the line. Is the social media game on TikTok showing favoritism and rigged against some content creators? Or are these fair judgements by TikTok which could result in a ban? Or is it simply, that TikTok needs to achieve its network effect and knows certain kinds of content is much better for TikTok's business bottom line.
