Jonah Responsible For His Word

9-4-22-Pastor continued his sermon from Jonah 1:12b last week. This was our fourth Sunday to move our regular 3pm Sunday Service to a local nursing home. And we had an attendance of 17 again! The patients there were real excited to see a couple of our church family join the service. We will be doing this for the rest of August and until further notice. It is a nursing home within walking distance of our church location--not difficult for our neighbors who walk everywhere. Visitors are welcome to join us and help the patients hold their song books. :) Watch for further service updates on our Facebook page or Telegram channel.

Melody Baptist Church is located on the West Side of Connersville to give the walking poor and ex-cons a church where they will feel welcome, and receive the spiritual discipleship they need to succeed at a second chance in life. Jesus Christ offers everyone a second chance. It is a small church plant operating on a small budget. The church hasn't money to give the poor--only Jesus.
