Logic problems 1

Problem: teacher, doctor, lawyer or a police officer and one person can only have one job and each person has their own unique job. Figure out who has what job.
Conditions:
1. The teacher does not know Jack's job.
2. The doctor has helped Sophia before.
3. The lawyer is Alex's lawyer.
4. Clare is not the lawyer.
Sophia and Alex does not know each other.
