"Nag video ko kay tungod daghan kaayo og sagbot sa langit nanglupad ug mga langgam nga nanglupad para ako i-my day. Wala nami kabasbot sa among gibati ato nagpanic asa mi modagan kay wala'g tuo ang ni boto nga mga transformer," said Jeric.
Following the explosion, Mandaue City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office said three people were injured due to the incident.
