This is a healthy and delicious ricotta cake recipe!

Ingredients:
2 cup oat flour (200g)
1/2 cup rice flour (75g)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup maple syrup (80ml)
1/3 cup applesauce (85g)
1.5 cups ricotta cheese (370g)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 cups raspberries (200g)
