NESARA Soft Reveal in Alaska?

After discussing how often "17" seems to show up in the news these days (and encouraging comments of other 17's viewers have found), we looked at this year's Alaska PFD and asked is this another NESARA soft reveal, and is there other information the Universe wants to share about Alaska and it's Permanent Fund Dividend?
