In this episode I introduce who I am and my intent with this podcast.

I make no apologies for who I am and I am giving you fair warning that I am INTENSE and deliver my messages in a very raw, real, brash style. Sometimes on episodes Im probably going to lose my shit. So if you are weak, sensitive, this podcast is NOT for you.

The reason my clients are so successful is because I dont pull any punches and I tell them the fucking TRUTH!

I believe that everything you want in life begins by mastering your INNER self. That begins by mastering YOU and your fitness. You and YOUR nutrition. You and YOUR mindset.

And being that I have TONs of experience Coaching in many areas, we will be talking about Health, Fitness, Fat Loss, Muscle growth, Mindset, Nutrition, Relationships(I master this too), sex, and business.
