This is the official Army Combat Fitness Test or ACFT

The US Army has released the official army combat fitness test standards on March 23rd 2022. Here is a break down of what soldiers will need to do to pass as well as the changes to the fitness test and when Army soldiers will be required to pass it at their units and in Army Basic Training.
