Just some of my thoughts on the realising of the self and self improvement. What I believe is that we can use physical and mental practices as tools to getting closer to and realising The Self however, this is not to say a single tool is the only way of getting the job done. By detaching from experiences that may program your mind to be locked in a certain way of thinking, you can truly explore the feeling of the self and go beyond.
