Putin’s Speech: Impossible To Isolate Russia

The Russian President Vladimir Putin has delivered a fiery speech filled with warnings to the West, that is Europe and the US.

But he also laid out how the world had gone through irreversible and tectonic shifts. But what are these shifts? What is clear is that the fallout from the Ukraine conflict has laid bare the West's shortcomings while Russia is adapting itself to other regions in the world, especially West Asia and Asia, particularly China.
