Legal Update: BRACED PISTOLS are now SBRs?

A document has been leaked suggesting the ATF is going to offer an "amnesty period" for braced-pistol owners to register their firearms as SBRs or short barreled rifles.

Main points:
-The designation of "SBR" is a politically invented term and remnant of the 1930s
-There is nothing inherently more dangerous about a rifle being shorter in length
-The ATF is AGAIN trying to legislate by changing rules. The ATF is a law enforcement agency - NOT a legislative body. They are bypassing our legislative process changing rules that criminalize law abiding citizens.

Whether or not you love guns or hate guns, if you value representation you should be upset by what the ATF is doing.
