ANOTHER Wisconsin Court 2020 Election Victory!

On September 7, 2022, the Waukesha County Circuit Court held a motion hearing on Michael White et al vs. Wisconsin Elections Commission. Case Number 2022CV001008. Presiding Judge Michael J. Aprahamian. In this case, the Legislature filed a motion to intervene in a lawsuit brought against the Wisconsin Elections Commission by three voters and the Republican Party of Waukesha County. White v. WEC seeks a declaration that clerks may not fill in missing information without contacting the voter who returned it.
