I illustrate some of the technicalities involved in executing Naihanchi Nidan that normally are not noticeably visible in videos.
Done in Kfar Adumim, Israel with myself and Yehoshua Kadosh, who is an 8th Dan, Kyoshi, with a Daishihan Menjo (Master Instructor's Teaching License).
