JTP Episode 52 All Bark No Bite

Episode 52 dives into the unfortunate trend whereas a Judge will say all the right things as it relates to issuing a Just Order yet the follow through falls short. Sometimes a strong speech amounts to nothing more than a slap on the wrist for those whom the Judge favors.
