We had another beautiful day outside and managed to get our forth at home workout done. This one was by far the hardest for me because of the major muscle strain in the quads and because my gut is one of the weakest areas of my body. Any exercise involving my core aka my gut area is going to be a nightmare for me lol however the thing to remember is that you have to start somewhere.
