940 what's your name where are you calling from? My name is Sadie Stone and I'm from texas/I'm sorry, did you say eight? I'm sorry, did you say 80 or Zadie? I just want to make sure I heard it correctly. I'm sorry. sadie. sadie. Okay, Sadie hi Sadie from texas. How are you? What would I like to talk about? I am great. First I wanted to thank you for all your coverage of the lives of tick tock. you've done great in your coverage of defending teachers, especially at the end of last school year. Thank you. and secondly, I just wanted to talk a little bit share a little story from a little bit north of the south lake school district. and what they did last year that ultimately led me to resign mid-year. oh yes, please. That sounds like we'll go ahead. yeah, so your kiddos might be a little young. but there is a similar curriculum service called whiskey stuff called brain pop. sorry about my dog. and my district banned brain pop from us, teachers, being able to use it because of one video where it teaches about the singular they pronouns. and we already weren't watching that in school. so it was just able to be accessed at home by families. and the whole district stopped paying for it because of that. like it's just ridiculous. oh wow. jesus. and so what did parents mean? I'm assuming this was used at home as well. And did parents complain? or was there any complaint? Did this become an issue or anything like that outside of you know within the teachers who were working with this program?
