I purchased hard neck garlic from Josh last year. The neck garlic is neat because it produces a scape that can be eaten. The taste is like a cross between garlic and a green onion. I should of pulled some of the garlic about 2-3 weeks sooner but it was when I was in the process of getting the shed delivered and setup. I’m still pleased with the harvest and ready to start planting in the fall (I will be making a new bed for the garlic).
