INGREDIENTS :

150 grams plain flour ( 1 cup )
4 large eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt ( 0.5 grams )
200 ml skimmed milk ( 4/5 cup )
3 tablespoons butter ( 60 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.place small pieces of butter into a 12 piece muffin baking tray
.place in oven 180 c / 256 f for 5 to 10 minutes
.in a mixing bowl add 150 grams plain flour, 4 large eggs & mix together until smooth
.add 200 ml skimmed milk & mix together
.add 1/8 teaspoon salt & mix together
.fill the baking tray with the mixture ( each section halfway )
.place in oven 180 c / 356 f for 25 to 30 minutes
