Worldwide Communications Were Taken Offline Right Before The Attacks On 9/11

9-11-01: 2-5 am, Verizon & other ISP's "updated" their East Coast networks.

6:38 am, 2 hours before WTC 1 explosion, I captured some kind of energetic pulse processing BNL Nexrad data.

Only THREE cell sites reported destroyed in the "attacks" but this pulse blew out 300,000 phone lines, 3.6 million data circuits & disabled 173 cell cites around Manhattan.

Within minutes of the first tower collapse, ISP's all over the world were temporarily disabled.
