Lecture 4: Constitutional War Powers and the Enemy Within | The Constitution Is the Solution!

In lecture 4, we discuss key principles of our founding documents and compare those to the global institution, the United Nations. One of those key principles is declaring war. We also discuss what the constitutional powers are and how they are to be used in contrast to the practice of today.
