Microsoft Teams Connect Shared Channels

In this video, we're going to take a quick look at Teams Connect, which is how you can share a channel with external people, or other Teams, more easily than you could do before.

We have a look at how Microsoft Teams guest access currently works and the downsides of it before then looking at the new shared channel experience on the roadmap to connect with someone outside of your organisation which was announced at Microsoft Ignite 2021.
