I love Microsoft Teams, my entire business is designed around an MS Teams first approach to modern working because getting Teams right makes everything else easier or irrelevant. However, that does not mean that there is no room for improvement, so here is my top 5, either personally or that I get the most comments about on my YouTube channel, things I hate about Teams!
