Rishi is featured in a video talking about removing funding from cities to give to other areas of the country. It sounds bad. But is it?
I am no fan of Rishi. I hope Truss wins, and I don't like her, but she is better than Rishi, in my opinion.
But this video smacks of a 'hit job'.
