New Congestion Charge for Greater Manchester

I was a guest on talkRADIO with Richard Tice discussing the new congestion charge in Greater Manchester - the one we voted against in 2008, but like all votes that go the wrong way, the 'bosses' implement it anyway.
This time it is called the Clean Air Zone - a little rebranding is always helpful - for who can be against clean air!
The cost of the scheme is nearly half a billion pounds, this is not an exaggeration. Businesses that are trying to survive after Covid restrictions will be hit with daily charges to drive anywhere in Greater Manchester. These costs will be passed on to you!
