Does anybody else get caught in the moment like this and regret it the next day? 😆
DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) is a natural part of working out, so make sure you focus on your recovery methods such as quality sleep and nutrition etc.
Sometimes we do need lower intensity days, and sometimes we are free to push ourselves to the max! It’s all about feeling into what your body needs and is ready for on the day.
