For normal size jalapenos. 15 cut in half make 30 abts. I use 1 block cream cheese and 1 cup finely shredded cheeder, 1 cup cooked crumbled sausage give or take, 1 tbsp chipotle or Cajun seasoning and 1 pack of bacon cut in half. Seems to be just enough
