Kiev repressing and executing residents in Kharkov region with possible intent to blame Russia

Now that Russia has pulled out of the Kharkov region, according to some residents, Kiev has begun to supress and shoot the residents of that region. There are rumors that they are recording these shootings with the intent to use it as propaganda to blame Russia.
