Move over law violations

I had a blowout in an emergency response vehicle and was stuck on the side of the road. I had all of my emergency equipment activated, and the oncoming traffic could see me for at least a 1/2 a mile, giving them plenty of room to move over. Emergency workers on the side of the road are sitting ducks as you can plainly see.
