How to cook a delicious and healthy red beet salad.
Red beet is rich in mineral salts, organic acids and folic acid. This vegetable is the champion in the concentration of boron and manganese, as well as one of the leaders in iron content. I want to share a delicious and healthy recipe that my whole family loves for red beets.
Ingredients
Red beet 7 pieces medium.
Olive oil for frying.
Salt + pepper to taste.
Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons.
Garlic 2 cloves.
1.Cut the red beet into strips.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat, pour olive oil and place red beet.
3.Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, mix everything well, close the lid and cook until the beets are ready, stirring periodically.
Enjoy your meal.
