Advancing Ukraine troops tear down Russian flags

Video released on Tuesday (September 13) by the State Border Service of Ukraine showed Ukrainian soldiers burning a Russian flag and ripping down Russian banners from a supermarket in Vovchansk. Reuters was able to geolocate the supermarket on a main road in Vovchansk, in the northeastern Kharkiv region, through third-party images on Google Maps, and found that these scenes matched those seen in the video.
