Lyrics :
ॐ उग्रं वीरं महाविष्णुं ज्वलन्तं सर्वतोमुखम् ।
नृसिंहं भीषणं भद्रं मृत्युमृत्युं नमाम्यहम् ॥
“Ugram viram maha-vishnum jvalantam sarvato mukham |
nrisimham bhishanam bhadram mrityur mrityum namamy aham ||”

Meaning:
Om O angry and brave Mahavishnu, Your flame and heat are spread in all directions.
O Lord Narasimhadeva, Your face is omnipresent, You are the Yama of death and I surrender to You.

Mantra Meaning: – I bow down to Lord Narasimha who is highly ferocious and brave and the emanation of Lord Maha Vishnu. He is full of effulgence, terrific and auspicious and the death of death.
